Dr. Sahin holds a Ph.D.
degree in educational measurement and evaluation. He has extensive experience in English language testing, Item Response Theory applications and Computerized Adaptive Tests. His current research interests are the minimum feasible sample sizes in IRT based item and person parameter estimation, Computerized Adaptive Tests, assessing writing and test anxiety.
